Erki Uustalu, LLM (Leiden University), is the Tax Counsel at Eesti Energia AS (Enefit). He started his career with PwC in 1997. From 2000-2003, he worked as the Academic Program Coordinator for the International Tax Center Leiden and was a Researcher at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) in Amsterdam. In 2004, he was appointed as the Counsellor to the Estonian Ministry of Finance in tax and gambling policy matters, where he served until rejoining PwC in May 2007. From 2013-2020 he was Tax Counsel at Eesti Energia AS and from 2020 he works at Bolt Technology OÜ.
