La deuxième réunion mensuelle de la saison 2019-2020 du Chapitre de Montréal de l’Institut des cadres fiscalistes (ICF) aura lieu le mardi 22 octobre prochain à 17h00 au Club St-James, 1145, rue Union, Montréal. Un cocktail dînatoire suivra la présentation.
Celle-ci sera effectuée par Me Yves St-Cyr, associé chez Dentons Canada LLP. Le sujet abordé sera « Processus d’appel d’une cotisation ». La présentation sera traitée en regard de la récente décision Sa Majesté La Reine v. Rio Tinto Alcan Inc., à savoir, sa préparation et la stratégie adoptée qui a fait que la cause soit gagnante.

The TEI Montreal Chapter's second monthly meeting of the 2019-2020 season will be held Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at 5PM at Club St-James, 1145 Union Street, Montreal and will be followed by a cocktail dinner.
The presentation will be made by Me Yves St-Cyr, partner at Dentons Canada LLP. The topic will be “Appeal Process” and will be dealt in light of the recent decision Her Majesty The Queen v. Rio Tinto Alcan Inc., namely, the preparation and the strategy adopted that made a winning case.
