This one and a half-day seminar is offered to TEI members and their fellow employees, as well as other corporate tax professionals who are sponsored by a TEI member. This year's agenda includes top national speakers presenting on a variety of international, federal, and state tax topics. You can find the agenda here.
In addition to the educational benefits, the seminar provides a great opportunity to network and connect with local tax professionals, including current and former colleagues. The Monday afternoon reception is a perfect setting to continue networking at the end of the first day.
Several exhibitors will be on site with information about their products and services. Please be sure to stop by and visit the exhibitor booths while at the seminar.

Pricing is for the entire 1.5 day seminar and is as follows. Attend as many sessions as you prefer.
Early-Bird Pricing - Registered and paid on or before Friday, March 15, 2024:

Registration and payment after March 15, 2024, through Friday, April 12, 2024
Attendance: $350
The fee includes the online conference materials, continental breakfast, lunch, refreshments at breaks, and the Monday afternoon reception. During the registration process, you will have the option to register up to 10 attendees at the same time, as well as to pay by credit card or check. Credit card payments are accepted through the registration site. To pay by check, or if you are registering greater than 10 attendees, please contact Kate Cole at minnesota@chapters.tei.org.
The deadline for registration is Friday, April 12, 2024.
Lunch & Reception
This year there will be a plated lunch. Please confirm whether you will be attending lunch and make your entrée selection during the registration process. Please also RSVP for the reception.
Cancellation
Cancellations made prior to 4:00 pm CST on Friday, April 12 are subject to an administrative service charge of $35. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 4:00 pm CST on Friday April 12 and for no-shows. To cancel your registration, please contact Kate Cole at minnesota@chapters.tei.org.
Seminar Materials
We will once again offer online access to seminar materials. After registering, and prior to the seminar, you will receive a notification e-mail with instructions on how to access the materials. Please note that copies of the materials will not be available at the seminar.
Wi-Fi Access
There will be complimentary Wi-Fi access at the RiverCentre. We will be hosting our session surveys online and encourage all attendees to download the conference app to have access to the agenda, presentations, speaker bios and online surveys. This will help us collect the data needed to process CPE credits.
Continuing Professional Education
CPE and CLE credit is available for seminar attendees. Certificates will be issued after the conference based on each session survey returned. Attendees can earn up to 10.8 CPE or 9 CLE credits.
