The Philadelphia Chapter of TEI, along with our sponsors KPMG LLP and Villanova Graduate Tax Program, are proud to present our first ever M&A Tax Bootcamp. This full day conference will focus entirely on the issues we face as tax professionals in the area of mergers and acquisitions, with informative presentations by experts from KPMG.
The seminar will be held at The Inn at Villanova University.
The day will begin at 8:00am with registration and continental breakfast. We will conclude with a Cocktail Networking session held in the historic manor house at The Inn. A wonderful opportunity to network and toast the winter holidays with your peers. (lunch will be provided as well).
This seminar will be eligible for 7 hours of CPE. CLE will be available as well.
Please note this seminar is in addition to our regular programs and is not included with the 2018-2019 Season Pass. Early registration through November 16th is $85. Registrations after November 16th will be $100.

In keeping with the holiday season, we will also be accepting donations for Home of the Sparrow. This organization, based in Exton, partners with women facing homelessness to secure housing, achieve long-term stability and chart new paths for their future. Attached is a Needs List with ideas for items to donate.
