2. 2019 Legislative Roundup: What are the States Doing + Recent Developments: Need an update on the biggest developments in state taxation? 3. Because You Know I’m All About the Base: Unitary Businesses, Combined Reporting and Tax Havens: States continue to look for additional revenue sources and reel in the perception of offshore tax evasion and they are focusing on the unitary business and combined reporting principles to expand their tax bases.
