Moreover, IRS recently announced its Organizational Redesign Strategy in response to the Taxpayer First Act. Join members of the Crowell & Moring Tax Group in a discussion of how the changes in IRS practice and procedure are likely to impact audits in years after the pandemic.
This virtual meeting will cover:
- Legislative and regulatory developments in the new Biden administration, including
-Potential tax provisions in the reconciliation bill (if proposed);
-Rollback of recently-issued and proposed regulations from the Trump administration; and
