A Transfer Pricing Case Study: Maximizing Success Throughout the Planning and Dispute Process

This is a TEI Members Only Exclusive Webinar

Transfer pricing is critical for any business with international operations, but recent developments at the international level and in Canada have made transfer pricing more uncertain and fraught with risk.  Ken Skingle, Q.C. and Chris Montes will examine a transfer pricing case study involving an inbound debt financing into Canada from the planning stages to the dispute resolution stages.  They will flag key risks to watch for in the planning stages, discuss best practices in the documentation and dispute resolution stages, and provide helpful tips on how to accumulate “wins” at each step along the way.

Join your fellow TEI members for this Interactive Virtual members-only event on Thursday, May 28, 2020.
