State Conference

The annual Tulsa Chapter TEI State Conference is scheduled for May 10, 2018 at the Tulsa Zoo located at 6421 E. 36^th St N, Tulsa OK.  Please respond by accepting or declining this calendar invitation no later than Thursday, May 3. You may forward this invitation to others in your department who can also accept via this calendar invitation. The cost for guests is $125.  Important note – All affirmative and tentative RSVP’s as of Thursday, May 3 will be billed regardless of attendance. The venue will bill TEI for the number of attendees we estimate in advance with no adjustment for absences.  However, if a member (or guest) has a reservation but is unable to attend, feel free to send someone that has not made a reservation in his or her place at no additional charge. The alternate should use the nametag of the person that was originally on the RSVP.
